  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged. This fee is deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund via your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order (e.g., sending the wrong item).

4. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Shipping Fees: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
  • Expedited Shipping: We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs for expedited services are calculated based on the delivery speed and destination.
  • International Shipping: Shipping fees for international orders will vary depending on the destination country. International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund. We may request photos of the damaged item for verification.
